Tera J. Hanson is a dedicated attorney who joined Slowiaczek Alberts & Whelan in January 2025. Her practice focuses on family and domestic relations matters, including premarital agreements, divorce, child custody, parenting plans, and child support issues.
During law school, Tera gained hands-on experience in family law as a law clerk, assisting with legal research, drafting, and case preparation. She is dedicated to helping clients navigate complex legal challenges with a thoughtful and strategic approach. With a strong foundation in family law, she strives to provide clarity and confidence throughout the legal process.
Tera earned her Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of South Dakota before obtaining her Juris Doctor degree from Creighton University School of Law in 2024. She also holds a Diploma in Legal Studies from Comillas Pontifical University in Spain, where she spent a semester abroad.
